New homes, new rules
Many Frisco neighborhoods are master-planned communities with HOAs that specify moving hours, truck parking, and sometimes gate access codes for vendors. We ask you to check with the association early and pass the rules on to us.
Brand-new construction means fresh floors and paint. We lay runners and pad every door frame so the house looks as new when we leave as it did when you got the keys.
Builders sometimes hand over keys later than promised, so we keep the schedule flexible where we can and ask you to let us know the moment the closing date shifts.
Apartments around Legacy and the Star
The apartment communities near Legacy West and the Star have freight elevators that book up quickly, especially at the end of the month. Reserve yours as soon as your date is set, and confirm whether the building needs a certificate of insurance.
We stage boxes near the elevator, keep one mover at each end, and work the reservation window efficiently so you are not charged for a second booking.
Newer buildings around the Star often have parking garages with height limits, which decides whether the truck can pull in or has to park on the street.
Corporate relocations
Frisco's office parks bring a steady stream of families moving in from other states and Texas cities. Many of those moves arrive as a long-distance load that we receive and unload, or as a local move once the family has settled in from a temporary apartment.
Company-paid moves often need itemized inventories and receipts. We provide both without being asked.
Several of our regular Frisco customers first arrived as a company-paid long-distance delivery and called us back when it was time for the local move to a permanent home.
Summer in Frisco
Wide streets and open subdivisions mean very little shade on a July afternoon. We start early, keep the truck closed between loads, and schedule breaks so the crew stays sharp through the day.
Garage items such as paint, propane, and aerosols cannot travel in the truck, so we help you sort those out before the day.
Where we go from Frisco
Most Frisco moves are local, to Plano, McKinney, Prosper, or The Colony. We also run long-distance loads from Frisco to Austin and Houston regularly, with the load weighed and the same crew at both ends.
